Swiss-Belinn Nairobi

I almost gave this place a good review, but the breakfast was horrid, and the coffee was atrocious. The shower nozzle was practically a water gun, and don't get me started on the walls that are practically paper-thin. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my unbearable experience, but that clearly was too much to ask for.

Clean venue with above average breakfasts and views of city. Location very close to public transport, a suburb, and quiet area between Upper Hill and Westlands. Nice food in the restaurants such as Tulips restaurant, located 15 min away.

Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were relaxed. This accommodation had a central setting in a suburb.

Great breakfast buffet variety

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited for non-meat eaters, and I was unable to enjoy a proper meal. The shower design in my room left much to be desired, as the door didn't seal properly. The gym equipment was minimal, lacking the variety I usually prefer for a good workout.

The gym equipment could use some serious upgrades!!! A better selection of TV stations would also be appreciated, especially for those who aren't fluent in Swahili!!! Just a minor fix to the shower door in my room would help avoid flooding the bathroom!!!

Amazing service and comfy stay!

Had a blast with some friends here! The staff was super accommodating, even helped me find a quiet spot for conference calls. Room was clean and the beds were so comfy! The restaurant had limited options, but everything we tried was delicious. Just wish the wifi was a bit faster at times.

Totally recommend for a short stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a satisfying breakfast made our stay enjoyable, and the gym facilities were adequate for a quick workout after exploring the city, conveniently located just 6 km away.

The place has lovely decor, friendly staff, tastefully decorated rooms, with excellent ventilation and beautiful views.

The experience was awesome, and the views were breathtaking. I really loved the air-conditioned room, and the staff went above and beyond in taking care of us. 😊.
